Edmund Seng is Founder and Managing Director of Calent3. With almost 20 years of business, management and human capital consulting experience, he has led global consulting teams partnering Fortune 500 MNCs, large international organisations, government agencies and non-profit organisations in career and talent management initiatives. As practice leader of Calent3’s Outplacement & Career Transition (OCT) services, he delivers human capital services such as Outplacement Consulting, Career Transition, Relocation Transition, 3rd Phase Life Transition, Career Development Systems, Talent Management and Succession Planning to clients globally.

In the course of his consulting & coaching career, Edmund has completed numerous outplacement and career transition assignments for various global Fortune 500 MNCs, government agencies and large local based companies. He has worked with more than 10,000 individuals in various stages of their careers ranging from career onset, early-mid phase to retirement. Edmund has also worked with individuals of all levels on their career strategy and transition ranging from rank & file employees, supervisors & team leads, managers, directors and senior management and leaders of organisations. In addition, he has also partnered many accompanying partners of expatriates in their transition for work or non-work related areas.

Graduated with a Master in Electronic Commerce, Post-Graduate Diploma in Business (E-Commerce) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Marketing) from Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia, he also holds various professional certifications including a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) and Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) from the Institute of Adult Learning (IAL). In addition, Edmund is a Registered Management Consultant (RMC), a professional member with the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) Singapore, an approved flexi-wage consultant by Workforce Development Authority (WDA) Singapore (now Workforce Singapore), an approved work-redesign consultant by SPRING Singapore (now Enterprise SG), and the current President of the 18,000 member strong Curtin University Alumni Singapore Chapter (CUASC).
