Description
The Assess-for-Success© Premium (A4S Premium) module builds on the A4S+ module to include an additional leadership assessment competency report which will complement the research-based personality profiling report. A4S Premium will include an assessment of your personal interests, vocational interests, work values, skills inventory, a research-based personality profile report, leadership competencies, career lifeline as well as a strategic career roadmap exercise. Inputs are then analysed and consolidated by your career coach before an indivdual one-on-one consultation to go through your consolidated A4S Premium report in detail.
