Calent3 is a qualified service provider under the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), a financial assistance programme by Enterprise Singapore that helps organisations build capabilities across 30 key business areas (Core Capabilities, Innovation and Productivity, Market Access), ranging from Business Strategy Development, developing a Strategic Brand and Marketing Plan, Rraising Sservice sStandards via Service Excellence, strengthening HR Capabilities, Process Redesign and even Expansion into Oversea Markets.
The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) aims to support SMEs* to scale up business capabilities and ensure business sustainability. The grant defrays up to 70 percent of qualifying project costs such as consultancy, training, certification and equipment costs.

*SME Eligibility conditions for this grant:
- Company is registered and operating in Singapore;
- At least 30% local shareholding;
- Be in a financially viable position to start and complete the project
- Group annual sales turnover ≤ S$100 million or group employment of ≤ 200 employees.
